The year is 1942. Rommel's Afrika Korps has driven deep into Egypt, threatening the Suez Canal and Allied control of the entire Mediterranean. But the tide is about to turn.
At El Alamein, General Montgomery's battle-hardened 8th Army prepares its decisive counter-offensive. Thousands of miles to the west, American and British forces storm ashore in Morocco and Algeria under Operation Torch, the boldest Allied amphibious operation of the war so far. For the first time, the Axis forces in Africa face enemies on two fronts simultaneously.
Your mission as Supreme Allied Commander is to coordinate both armies, strangle Axis supply lines crossing the Mediterranean, negotiate with Vichy French commanders, and drive the Afrika Korps all the way back into Tunisia before time runs out.
Race to Tunis is a solo roll & write game for one player, playable in 30 minutes on a single printed sheet using standard six-sided dice and a handful of wooden cubes.
You are the Supreme Allied Commander overseeing the North African campaign from October 1942 to May 1943. Over eleven turns representing the key phases of the campaign.
