Imagine you are a Town Planner and you have a blank sheet of paper in front of you.  You have to plan and create your own Town adapting to changing conditions of the market. Use dice to determine what buildings are available in a specific round, there is always a choice which of two dice you use and where you build. The second die will influence the estate market - in each round some prices can rise or fall. Pick the best moment to score a street with buildings that are most valuable at that point in time. Moreover there are some special buildings that score depending on surroundings, but not market values. You will make lots of strategic decisions and trade-offs that will affect your town.
