Lepra: Aztec is a standalone scenario for the original Lepra, meaning you can play it without the base game.
In this scenario, you'll have the chance to save an overpopulated city in the once-thriving Aztec Empire. New game mechanics drastically alter the original strategy. Your trading income will steadily decline, ingredients can only be obtained through the Healing House, and you can no longer easily burn your citizens... unless you make it part of a ceremony. Sacrificing food and burning large sections of your town during special rituals might be the key to surviving the plague in this game.
