City Zoning: The cityscape now features nine 2x2 zones, each waiting for your strategic touch.
Variability in games: Choose Districts from multiple schemes before the game begins. 
Gain point in a new way: Try to focus into creating zones acorrding to the plan during the game. Fulfill these zoning requirements and earn extra points.
