Roll and Control is a print and play, roll and write game for one to four players. In this game you will conquer territories with area Control mechanics, try to do it before other players to take control of the whole continent.

Each round players send their medieval soldiers to a shared board to fight for control of different regions. Each player has a sheet with their garrison on it. On every round players rolls five dice and assigns them to different actions - recruiting soldiers, sending them to castles on the board, or performing special actions like building a road, building a tower that helps gain an advantage on a given regior, or carrying out sabotage that makes it harder to send more soldiers to a given castle. Each successive dispatch of soldiers to a region requires more of them at the same time, so it gets harder the further in the game you are..

The  game is divided into 3 Eras. After each era players receive points for advantage and for the longest distance.  

The game also contains a solitaire mode. You need 7 dice instead of 5 to play it. You will try to defeat a Raider Band that tries to take control of the territory. The Raider Band will move around the continent and send their troops to the most vulnerable castles.
