Become a Master Builder - the architect of destiny on a newly discovered land. Your beloved king has assigned you the task of building cities for the new settlers. This roll-and-write board game invites you to craft a thriving medieval town from the ground up, using your wits and resources to shape the future of Sungrave Island. This land is endowed with a wealth of materials: wood, stone, iron, and bricks. Use them to construct vital structures like a farm to feed your people, inn to rest weary travelers, harbor to trade with distant lands, bank to secure your wealth, stable to house your noble steeds, and much more! The first builder to construct a unique building on the island will be rewarded generously, as the islanders eagerly embrace new opportunities.
Builders of Sungrave is a Roll and Write game prepared for 1-4 players in mind, and takes 30-45 minutes to play. Manage your own tiny town civilization, use settlers' skills to your advantage and become the governor of Stonewood Island as that is the reward for best architect among the builders.

Architects module
There are changes in buildings’ costs. There is a new type of building cost that requires spending a number of resources shown in a circle in a number of different types shown below it. Players must spend at least 1 resource in each type they.
Renumeration
In this module there are additional rewards for constructing buildings that will help you in construction of the town of your dreams. Bonus a player gets, depends on the row in which the building the player has constructed is placed.
Specialists
This module lets your settlers, that were sent into the districts, to be sent into already constructed buildings giving you additional ways to score points.
