At DicePen, we value your comfort and your passion for games - and we believe loyalty should be rewarded. That’s why we created the DicePen Loyalty Program. This program lets you earn Loyalty Points through your purchases and activity, which unlock permanent discounts on all future store purchases.


 

How to Join

Joining is simple: just create an account at DicePen.pl. Once you’re signed up, you’ll automatically start collecting Loyalty Points.


 

How to Earn Loyalty Points

You can earn points through multiple actions, both on our site and by supporting our Kickstarter campaigns.

For every euro you spend in our store or by backing one of our Kickstarter campaigns, you will earn 5 Loyalty Points. Rating a game on our site earns you 1 Loyalty Point. Subscribing to our newsletter gives you 30 Loyalty Points. Uploading a photo of a game to our site earns you 20 Loyalty Points. Writing a game review on our site will earn you between 10 and 30 Loyalty Points, depending on the quality and depth of the review.

All points are cumulative, and you can check your current total at any time by logging into your account.


 

What Your Points Unlock

The more points you earn, the bigger your permanent discount on future purchases becomes:

500 points = 3% discount

1000 points = 5% discount

1500 points = 7% discount

2500 points = 10% discount

3500 points = 12% discount

5000 points = 15% discount

7500 points = 17% discount

10000 points = 20% discount

15000 points = 23% discount

20000 points = 25% discount

These discounts never expire and are automatically applied to your purchases. They can also be combined with promotional discount coupons, making them even more valuable.

Rating a Game

Every game in our store can be rated by you, our players. Ratings are based on a 1 to 5 scale - but we know numbers alone don’t tell the whole story. Here’s what each rating means:

5 - Excellent: A game I love. I’d gladly play it anytime, anywhere.

4 - Good: A game I enjoy. Not a top favorite, but I’d happily play it again.

3 - Okay: Decent, but not something I’d suggest on game night. Might play again if others want to.

2 - Weak: Not really for me. I’d only play it if someone else insisted.

1 - Bad: I wouldn’t want to play this again.

Ratings can be updated at any time, so feel free to change your score if your opinion evolves. We kindly ask that you only rate games you’ve played or know well enough to give a fair and helpful assessment - your rating helps guide other users in their choices. Games become eligible for our official ranking once they’ve received at least 10 ratings.


 

Adding an Image

All registered users are welcome to upload images to our site. However, before your image becomes visible to others - and before you receive your well-earned Loyalty Points - it must first be reviewed and approved by our moderation team.

To ensure quality and consistency, here are the main reasons an image might be declined:

Duplicate Image:
The image already exists in our database or is too similar to one that’s already uploaded.

Inappropriate Content:
Images must not include hate speech, offensive material, or anything deemed inappropriate.

Image Quality or Size:
Images must meet a minimum resolution and clarity. Very low- or excessively high-resolution images may be rejected.

Irrelevant or Generic Caption:
Every image must have a meaningful caption related to the game. Avoid generic terms like "game", "picture", or "image".

Wrong Game:
The image was submitted to the wrong product or game page.

Off-topic Content:
Images must be directly related to the game. No unrelated or personal content should appear on product pages.

Please upload images in JPG or PNG format only.
If your image is rejected, you’ll receive a message in your inbox explaining the reason. Be sure to read it before submitting a new version.

Image Rights & Permissions
Only upload images that you took yourself or for which you have explicit permission from the rights holder. If you're uploading someone else's photo, include a note in the caption stating that you have permission and from whom.

Do not upload images with visible watermarks, company logos, or other third-party branding. If such elements appear, please seek a clean version before uploading.

Repeated or serious violations of these rules may result in a suspension of your upload privileges - or even your account. Finally, make sure your image is properly cropped, rotated, and of a quality that matches or exceeds the standard already on our site.


 

Adding a Review

Every user is invited to share their thoughts on any game in our store. Whether it’s a single sentence or a detailed, in-depth analysis - your voice matters, and we encourage you to speak up! For each approved review, you’ll earn Loyalty Points. The number of points you receive depends on the length and overall quality of the review - not whether your opinion is positive or negative. It’s the effort and clarity that count.

Before your review becomes visible to others, it must first be approved by our moderators. Below are some common reasons a review may be rejected:

Duplicate Content:
A similar or identical review is already in our system.

Inappropriate Material:
Reviews must not include hate speech, offensive language, or inappropriate content.

Wrong Game:
The review was submitted under the wrong product.

Off-topic Content:
Reviews must stay focused on the game itself—no unrelated commentary or personal discussions.

If your review is rejected, you’ll be notified and given the opportunity to revise and resubmit it for approval.

Please note: you may only submit original reviews that you have written yourself. Do not copy content from other sources or submit reviews on someone else’s behalf.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension of your ability to post reviews—or, in serious cases, suspension of your account.
