Thanks to DicePen Online Shop you have constant access to all your games you backed via Kickstarter. Games can be from DicePen Studio or from other DicePen Roll&Write Family Members.

If you already have an account on our Online Shop you just have to log in and download files from 'Your Games' section in your accout menu.

If you are new here you must perform a few steps to get your game. But you will have to do it only once. Later you will just download new games from your 'Your Games' section. If you have apple e-mail adress attached to your kickstarter account please contact us first by writing e-mail to dice@dicepen.pl.

Step 1
Click 'log in' in upper left corner and reset your password using your kicksterter e-mail. This is very important that you use your kickstarter e-mail. After this process you will get temporary password on your e-mail box (please also check spam folder).

Step 2
Click 'log in' again and use your kickstarter e-mail and newly received temporary password. After your first login we recommend to change your password for your own.

Step 3
After logging in please click 'account' in upper left corner. You will be redirected to your acount. Here you can see your order history, you can change your password and update your data. And of course you have access to all your files you purchased in our shop or from Kickstarter. You will find your files in 'Your Games' section.

Step 4
Have fun playing your games.

1. Log in to your account by pressing “LOG IN” button on the top left side of the page

2. When you are logged in, you might want to buy a game to do that you have to press on the game you are interested in, or search for the game you want in the search bar

3. Next you’ll have to add the product you want to the cart

4. As you can see, now next to a “CART” button there is a number of games you want to buy. When you have all the games you want in your cart you can press the button “CART” to finish shopping.

5. Inside your “cart” you will see list of games you want to buy, that you can adjust if you changed your mind, delivery methods if product you want to buy is physical, text box for discount codes and and a “PLACE ORDER” button that you ‘ll want to press to finish shopping

1. After you finish your order you’ll have to go to your USER PROFILE to see your games.
To do that you have to press your name on the top left side of the screen.

2. Then you will want to go into the “YOUR GAMES” section and there you’ll find every game you have ever bought for your account and you’ll see files for those games that you can easily download now to print out and play.

The “Giveaway Site” refers to https://shop.dicepen.pl/app/site/giveaways. The “Prize” refers to Prize for corresponding giveaway written after “prize pool” on Giveaway Site.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by the time and date according to given giveaway on Giveaway Site. Number of winners according to the data from Giveaway Site will be selected at random by The Promoter on a date provided under the right giveaways on the Giveaway Site. The winners will be notified on or after this date.

The Promoter’s competitions offer various giveaways with possible entries via Instagram, Twitter, Boardgamegeek, Kickstarter Campaigns or Facebook. Specific entry for given giveaway is described on the Giveaway Site.

Winners will be chosen at random from all entrants meeting the requirements described under the corresponding giveaway.

Only one entry per person per competition or giveaway will be accepted. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a Prize of equal or higher value.
