Thanks to DicePen Online Shop you have constant access to all your games. Games can be from DicePen Studio or from other DicePen Roll&Write Family Members.

If you are new here you must perform a few steps to get your game. But you will have to do it only once. Later you will just download new games from your 'Your Games' section.

1. Log in to your account by pressing “LOG IN” button on the top left side of the page.

2. When you are logged in, you might want to buy a game to do that you have to press on the game you are interested in, or search for the game you want in the search bar.

3. Next you’ll have to add the product you want to the cart.

4. As you can see, now next to a “CART” button there is a number of games you want to buy. When you have all the games you want in your cart you can press the button “CART” to finish shopping.

5. Inside your “cart” you will see list of games you want to buy, that you can adjust if you changed your mind, delivery methods if product you want to buy is physical, text box for discount codes and and a “PLACE ORDER” button that you ‘ll want to press to finish shopping

If you already have an account on our Online Shop you just have to log in and download files from 'Your Games' section in your accout menu.

Step 1
Click 'log in' in upper left corner and reset your password using your kicksterter e-mail. This is very important that you use your kickstarter e-mail. After this process you will get temporary password on your e-mail box (please also check spam folder).

Step 2
Click 'log in' again and use your kickstarter e-mail and newly received temporary password. After your first login we recommend to change your password for your own.

Step 3
After logging in please click 'account' in upper left corner. You will be redirected to your acount. Here you can see your order history, you can change your password and update your data. And of course you have access to all your files you purchased in our shop or from Kickstarter. You will find your files in 'Your Games' section.

Step 4
Have fun playing your games.

1. After you finish your order you’ll have to go to your USER PROFILE to see your games.
To do that you have to press your name on the top left side of the screen.

2. Then you will want to go into the “YOUR GAMES” section and there you’ll find every game you have ever bought for your account and you’ll see files for those games that you can easily download now to print out and play.

Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” refers to „GUZIK” Krzysztof Matusik registered in pl. Krakowska 140a, 34-120 Andrychów, Poland VAT PL: 5511308115 REGON:072152923 whose website is dicepen.pl, Instagram handle is @dice_pen, X account is https://twitter.com/Dicepenpl, and FB fanpage is https://www.facebook.com/dicepenpl. The “Giveaway Site” refers to https://shop.dicepen.pl/app/site/giveaways. The “Prize” refers to Prize for corresponding giveaway written after “prize pool” on Giveaway Site.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by the time and date according to given giveaway on Giveaway Site. Number of winners according to the data from Giveaway Site will be selected at random by The Promoter on a date provided under the right giveaways on the Giveaway Site. The winners will be notified on or after this date.

The Promoter’s competitions offer various giveaways with possible entries via Instagram, Twitter, Boardgamegeek, Kickstarter Campaigns or Facebook. Specific entry for given giveaway is described on the Giveaway Site.

Winners will be chosen at random from all entrants meeting the requirements described under the corresponding giveaway.

According to the Giveaway Site there are requirements to enter a specific giveaway.

The winner can choose one of the available prizes for the winner of a given giveaway. The prize pool from which winners can choose is described under the specific giveaway on Giveaway Site.

Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or Kickstarter are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competitions.

Only one entry per person per competition or giveaway will be accepted. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a Prize of equal or higher value.

GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Provisions

1.    These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing and using gift cards (“Gift Card”) offered by GUZIK KRZYSZTOF MATUSIK, with its registered office at Romualda Traugutta 1A, 34-120 Andrychów, VAT ID: 5511308115, operating an online shop available at dicepen.pl.
2.    The Gift Card is an electronic payment instrument that enables purchases in the Online Shop. 
3.    Purchase of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

Nature of the Gift Card

1.    The Gift Card is provided in the form of an electronic code sent to the email address provided by the Customer. 
2.    The Gift Card may be used exclusively for purchases in the Online Shop. 

Purchase of the Gift Card

1.    Gift Cards may be purchased via the Online Shop. 
2.    Payment for the Gift Card is processed using the payment methods available in the Online Shop. 
3.    The Gift Card is delivered electronically after payment has been received. 

Redemption of the Gift Card

1.    The Gift Card may be used exclusively for purchases in the Online Shop. 
2.    To redeem the Gift Card, the unique code must be entered in the shopping cart during checkout. 
3.    If the order value exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid using available payment methods. 
4.    If the order value is lower than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will still be accessible for any future purchases.

Restrictions on Use of the Gift Card

1.    The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. 
2.    The Gift Card cannot be used to cover shipping costs. 
3.    The Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part. 
4.    The Seller is not responsible for loss of or unauthorized access to the Gift Card code after it has been delivered to the Customer. 

Validity of the Gift Card

1.    The Gift Card is valid indefinitely.

Final Provisions

1.    The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organizational reasons. 
2.    Any amendments shall not affect the rights of holders of active Gift Cards. 
3.    In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights. 
4.    These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication in the Online Shop.

COMMUNITY PHOTO CHALLENGE - OFFICIAL RULES

Organizer

The Community Photo Challenge ("Contest") is organized by GUZIK KRZYSZTOF MATUSIK ("Organizer"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform through which it may be promoted. 

Contest Period

The Contest begins on July 20, 2026. The Contest will be held periodically, with new editions starting every Monday. 

Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Participants under the age of 18 may enter only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase.

How to Enter

To participate, submit a photograph featuring any DicePen game being played. Photos may be submitted by uploading them via the DicePen.pl website. Each participant may submit multiple entries. By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that: they are the author of the photograph or have the right to submit it; the submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Selection of Winners

This Contest is a skill-based competition. The winners will be selected solely on the basis of creativity, originality, authenticity, and overall quality of the submitted photographs. The Contest is not a lottery, raffle, game of chance, or any other form of random draw. Winners are not selected by chance but by the Organizer based on the evaluation criteria described in these Official Rules. The Organizer's decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

Prizes

Selected participants will receive a gift card for the DicePen Online Shop. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the number and value of prizes awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

License to Use Submitted Photos

By entering the Contest, participants grant the Organizer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute the submitted photographs for purposes related to: announcing the Contest results; promoting the Contest; promoting DicePen games and products; publication on the Organizer's website, social media, newsletters; other marketing and promotional materials. The Organizer may credit the participant by their name or social media username unless the participant requests otherwise.

Image Rights

If other identifiable individuals appear in a submitted photograph, the participant confirms that they have obtained all necessary permissions from those individuals (or their parent/legal guardian where applicable) for the photograph to be submitted and used in accordance with these Official Rules. The Organizer reserves the right not to publish or remove any photograph if there are reasonable concerns regarding image rights or legal compliance.

Personal Data

Personal data collected in connection with the Contest will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and promoting the Contest in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that: violates these Official Rules; infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; contains unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content; is deemed fraudulent or submitted in bad faith.

Changes to the Rules

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Official Rules where necessary, provided that such changes do not unfairly affect participants' rights.

Acceptance of the Rules

By submitting a photograph, each participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Official Rules. For any questions regarding the Contest, participants may contact the Organizer using the contact details provided on the DicePen website.
